Today will be a busy one, making several pie crusts, cutting onions chopping celery, making cranberry sauce, and preparing a ham and glaze with 3 side dishes for my Son to pick up tonight and take back to his home in the city. Tomorrow I will work on our turkey dinner. I love Thanksgiving, it is my favorite holiday so far this year.
